We don’t have steps on our Heathrow Express trains. Our level platform access means you don’t need to spend time struggling with your luggage. You don’t even need to pick up your trolley suitcase – just stroll on with your bag rolling behind you.
It also means easy boarding for wheelchairs. Plus, we have dedicated wheelchair areas throughout our trains as well.
