Fast Track Security at the airport

Included in your Business First Class ticket is Fast Track Security (for single tickets in the direction of Heathrow, and return tickets). Find out below to use the service:

After you've checked in go to the Fast Track Security area in your terminal. If you're in Terminal 5, go to the North Fast Track Security area.
To get into the Fast Track lane, present your airline boarding card and Heathrow Express Business First ticket to the officer at the desk.
You will be welcomed into the Fast Track Lane.

Entry is valid for Heathrow Express Business First Class ticket holders only and not Standard Class passengers. Unfortunately, accompanied guests are not permitted and each passenger must hold their own ticket. If you are traveling with children, your Business First Class ticket must clearly state the number of children you are traveling with.

Business First Class Fast Track security is for departing Heathrow passengers only and excludes all arrivals services. Valid Heathrow Express tickets must be presented along with your airline boarding card on the day of travel to a security colleague. Heathrow Express tickets will be validated before entry is allowed into the security lane.

Important information: All passengers flying out of Heathrow Airport are subject to the same security procedures and regulations. Heathrow recommends that passengers ensure that they have allowed enough time for the usual security and x-ray screening. As a premium experience, customers who have purchased Business First tickets will be given a priority service to ensure that waiting is kept to a minimum. However, we cannot guarantee a maximum or minimum queue length or time. Due to operational requirements we are unable to guarantee Fast Track opening hours at your departure terminal.

Eligible Card Holders

British Airways Gold Guest List card holders

BA GGL card holders are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to Business First Class with their full fare Standard Class ticket. This offer is only applicable to BA GGL customers and one companion (companion must hold a full fare Standard Class ticket as well). Heathrow Express colleagues may need to validate your eligibility by requesting proof of your BA GGL card, which must be presented to them if asked.

JetBlue Mint & Mosaic card holders

JetBlue Mint & Mosaic card holders are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to Business First Class with their full fare Standard Class ticket.

This offer is only applicable to JetBlue Mint & Mosaic customers and one companion (companion must hold a full fare Standard Class ticket as well).

Heathrow Express colleagues may need to validate your eligibility by requesting proof of your Mint/Mosaic status via your eligible card / boarding pass, which must be presented to them if asked.

Star Alliance Gold card holders

Star Alliance Gold card holders are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to Business First Class with their full fare Standard Class ticket.

This offer is only applicable to Star Alliance Gold customers and one companion (companion must hold a full fare Standard Class ticket as well).

Heathrow Express colleagues may need to validate your eligibility by requesting proof of your Star Alliance Gold card, which must be presented to them if asked.

Heathrow Express reserves the right to deny entry if the above terms and conditions have not been met.

SAS Eurobonus Diamond and Gold Card Holders

SAS Eurobonus Diamond and Gold Card Holders are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to Business First Class with their full fare Standard Class ticket.

This offer is only applicable to SAS Eurobonus Diamond and Gold Card Holders and one companion (companion must hold a full fare Standard Class ticket as well).

Heathrow Express colleagues may need to validate your eligibility by requesting proof of SAS Eurobonus Diamond or Gold Card, which must be presented to them if asked.
